Member benefits

What membership of University Trade Association gives you.

Why members join

Membership of University Trade Association is worth having for two reasons: what it gets you on your own, and what it gets you collectively. Individually, it puts you in front of the people already looking for what you do, and gives you a mark of standing that is harder to claim than it is to earn. Collectively, it funds the work none of us could justify alone — the representation, the standards, and the things members share with each other.

The list below is the shape most memberships take. Edit it to say what yours actually offers, and delete anything that does not apply.

Be found

A full profile in the member directory, listed under your specialisms and reachable directly by anyone browsing it.

Be recognised

The right to state your membership publicly — a signal that you meet a standard someone else has checked.

Be connected

Access to the rest of the membership, and to whatever the organisation runs for them through the year.

What you get, in detail

Replace these with your own — the headings are the categories most memberships end up with.

How to join

Applications are reviewed before anything is published, so nothing appears in the directory until it has been checked. Use the form to apply — it asks for the same details that will appear on your profile, so it is worth having a short description and a photo or logo to hand before you start.

If you are not sure whether you are eligible, get in touch first. It takes less time than an application that has to be turned down.
